2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The item was purchased directly from Galaxyworkstx.com

  • The return request is submitted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • All original tags, labels, manuals, and accessories are included

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Health and personal care items that have been opened

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products


3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us – Email support@galaxyworkstx.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  2. Approval – Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.

  3. Ship the Item – Package the item securely and include the RA number. Ship to the return address provided in our instructions.

  4. Inspection & Processing – Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover return shipping.

  • If the return is for other reasons (change of mind, ordered the wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


5. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

7. Damaged or Defective Products

8. Order Cancellations
